What is not to like at Cracker Barrel? Such a unique dining atmosphere, varied menu and reasonable prices. Never can leave before browsing thru the store for nostalgic finds!

I love this restaurant , but the post that I'm leaving has nothing to do with the food. I was recently involved in a house and I have received a beautiful peacock mirror from cracker barrel prior to the fire. I checked online to see if I could replace that mirror and unfortunately it was out of stock. I called the store and management held the one mirror they had I was so excited to find something I wanted to regain from the fire. Management gave me an absolute wonderful deal on the mirror because it had small damage and it was on sale. I am leaving this review here to thank Ms. Claire she made my day today although this was something so simple after losing a lot of my possessions I am truly happy to have this staple piece my bedroom . Kindness and generosity goes such a long way and people never know how you touch them with a small act of love. Thanks again Ms. Claire and I'll be contacting you to get another mirror to have a set. I am so grateful. A+ Customer service.

Very nice waitress, socially distanced practices were on point. Food was exactly as expected/wanted and came out very quickly.

We stopped here and overnight parked with our camper. We went in for dinner and they were very busy. We were notified about 35 minutes after waiting for our order that they were out of a couple of the items we ordered. We changed our order and received it after about an hour after our 1st order. Barbara came back and said there would be no charge for our meal. Worth it to us. The next morning we went in for breakfast. Everything was great except for watery grits and clumpy gravy. Thanks for the overnight parking!

Food came out pretty quick. It was bland. Added salt to grits and it was still bland.

It was ok. My food was fine. My husband and my father in law ordered grits and they were terrible. I heard a waitress tell another one that her customer sent his back because they tasted like flour. I've been to better Cracker Barrels. Don't know if it was just an off day or what. I don't live in that state so I can't say I'd be back.

Food was good I’d suggest not following guests around the gift shop. I don’t know what their assumptions were. I guess our accents and skin color were too jarring.

Went to get pick up order. Was ready when I got there and both orders were right. Great food and great service

I like eating at cracker barrel. The food is good, the environment is friendly. The picture of the cup was one I found similar to a cup my wife made for me. She picked the glass itself up at the dollar tree, grenade a vinyl cutout to fill the football. All said and done, the cost was about $2.10. The same "licensed" cup at cracker barrel was $19.

The service was good, but the food was just ok. It is almost always better to eat at home if you can.

Ordered food to go when finishing the last leg of a 15-hr drive, so we could just pop in to pick it up and keep driving. Food was incorrect but sadly we didn't notice until we were back on the road and it was too late. A plain burger was ordered with fries, and came with some sort of sauce absolutely drenching the burger and overflowing onto fries that were cold and hard, despite us being there before it was ready/came out. Other order was a salad which came okay, but with very little dressing and very little chicken in it. Definitely not a place to stop to go unless you have time to check the orders and wait for them to be fixed.

By far the best CB I have been too! I had Jaime (waiter) at my table withing 2 mins. Amazing attitude, professional, knowledgeable, and well put together. My food was outstanding and it arrived quick and hot. Thank you for giving me a positive dinning experience.

You can always get a great home cooked meal in cracker barrel. Great safe place to eat when your traveling.

Everything was great!! So you know, all Cracker Barrel’s look the same, and serve the same food, right. Sometimes they are great, sometimes not. Our visit to THIS Cracker Barrel was great!! Place is clean, and parking area feels safe (a big plus when traveling with small children). Staff is friendly and accommodating. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Food came out quickly, was nice and hot, and everything tasted great. We hit the place at 1:45, post lunch rush, and there was plenty of seating. LOVED IT, We are making this CB in Brunswick GA a regular stop when traveling I95!!

Everything was cooked incredibly here, except for the potatoes. They remind me of KFC quality mashed potatoes, but were more dense and less flavorful. The rest of the dish was great. It seems that the more into the deep south you go, the better the cracker barrel biscuits are. These were melt in your mouth heaven.

Just good American country style food. Staff always friendly and the wait is not too long most of the time. They have high chairs the little ones. A warm 🔥 place in the winter. Very much affordable, indeed. Hey you can even play checkers there. And they have a knockout gift shop.

Cracker Barrel has always been a favorite of mine. I was not disappointed this time. Great service and exceptional food. I had my 92 year old Aunt, whose is very hard of hearing, with me. With the staff wearing mask made it even harder for her to understand. All were very patient and nice with her. I have to say they almost doted on her. She is a very sweet lady.

I will admit to being a regular customer at the Cracker Barrel restaurants ( absolutely nothing to do with the fact I retired from them three years ago ), but I have had poor service at some in the past. Not the case at this store! The waitress was superb, the food memorable! My hat is off to Eulinda for a first class dining experience.

It's cracker barrel you can't go wrong

This cracker barrel is spacious. The gift shop had a great sale going on so even though we had a wait for our table (it was Friday night) we got some great deals on baby clothes, a good book, and a USMC shirt. Our waitress, Aleesha(sp?) Was great. Even though we were constantly asking for things she never once huffed or had any kind of attitude. She kept a smile the entire time. Amazing! Will be back.

Good food, fast service, clean restrooms. Store needs to work on traffic flow around the hostess stand and registers. Too much "junk" packed in the walkways. Same problem at all Cracker Barrel stores.

Ordered food today and confirmed order for pickup asap. Finished order at 6:06 told food would be ready at 6:35 tracked order in parking lot since that is where I placed it due to fear of covid. I refreshed screen repeatedly and it said pickup time 6:35. Still in preparation status. Go inside to get food at said time, food is ready to go. Apparently (giving them the benefit of the doubt ) food had been ready a minute because salad I ordered was cooked (hot and wilted). Fried catfish cold and pitiful looking. Usually when I eat in or takeout it's the best but today it was horrible for $30. Thanks but no thanks for awhile. Proceeded to go to another establishment for takeout dinner tonight. So disappointed wasn't worth the wait to have them redo it. 07/13/2020 Oh yeah protion size fit for a kids menu. 3 tiny pieces of 🥦, fish smaller than my palm, and salad size don't ask. Chef salad a joke.

First time here. Food is pretty good, service is attentive and they leave you alone. No wait when I got here and got my food pretty quick. Store is clean and will def come back for the fried chicken next time!!

Stopped here on our way to South Carolina. The manager met us at the door, super super kind, and then everyone else who worked there was equally as kind, especially to our three young kids. Jana served us at our table and Javarius helped ring us out and helped us find a specific candy we were looking for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, probably the best I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel. It was a really awesome visit and wonderful breakfast. Thank you to everyone there!

Excellent service, very friendly. Server was attentive. Order was placed quickly. Food was good, a little slow coming out compared to most CB experiences. Clean, social distancing in place with table placement/seatings. Tons of fun merchandise to browse through from candy to jewelry to picture frames, games, and clothes. Ample parking. Rockers in front. Easy access to freeway.

Cracker Barrel is usually pretty good for a chain restaurant. This location is pretty much the same... pretty good. I understand that broccoli can be very tough to make sure it is clean before cooking but the cooks real should look at what they are serving before it leaves the kitchen. Worms in my food is unacceptable!

This is a nice Cracker Barrel. Their shop is kept tidy and organized. The restrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and able to handle large parties. I tried the pecan praline coffee and it was awesome. The flavor was so smooth and the visual presentation was so pleasing. Very Instagram worthy. They made my eggs perfectly and the tables were all bussed in a timely manner.

Food is always good. Fast service

Weird smell in this whole place. not the samw experience during Covid-19. Not really worth it.

Jana, our waitress was great. As busy as she was working inside and outside, she still kept our drinks full and checked on. Never a bad moment.

One of my favorite stops when traveling. But I don't find any difference from store to store, so rating one is like rating them all. Their response to the virus outbreak was beginning, as they'd removed the triangle peg-jump game from the tables. Otherwise no other steps had been taken to adjust, which was kind of disappointing.

The place is always busy all times of the day, and the staff is still nice and friendly. The food is good and delicious. The gift shop also has lots of gift ideas to choose from.

Fried chicken meal and turkey with gravey was great. Javier, our server, took food and drink orders shortly after arrival and ensured drinks were filled throughout the meal. Black cherry soda and sweet tea are great and come with unlimited refills. Food portions were large enough to take home left overs.

Down home cooking that tastes so good, they have so many great items on there menu and you can even have your choice of breakfast or lunch or dinner at anytime. The country store has a lot of great things, the wood wick candles fireside are some of the best smelling candles I have ever smelled. They have a lot of different kinds of candy that is hard to find in other stores.

My experience was exceptional! The food was delicious, the service was amazing and the cleaniness of the bathrooms was great! I am very happy about going to this restaurant instead of others. Highly recommend!

The food was good, as usual, and the service was fine. The problem was that they were out of coca cola cake. We visited at lunch on a Friday, and you'd expect them to be fully stocked for the weekend, but you'd be wrong.

After my waitress brought my tea she stood at another guest table and ratchet jawed for 12 minutes, I know my food was ready and getting cold. I paid for my tea and left. Very disrespectful also.

Great service! Wonderful food!

I was staying at the Wingate next door. We ordered three dinner entrees and they did not come with silverware and the sides were unseasoned. The macaroni and cheese tasted like paper and had no color to it. I woke up the next morning and threw it all up. This was the blandest and worst food I have ever paid for. I couldnt even digest it.

Good food, chicken and dumplings were great. Server was a little... off? She spaced out a lot and was a bit odd. Other than that, good experience.

The Cracker Barrel in Brunswick Georgia is such a pleasure to go to. The serving staff is great the management is super. They make you feel like you're part of their family. I live in Richmond Hill but I'll drive the extra mileage just to go to the Cracker Barrel there.
